Week 4 – Those little two lines

The start of school is always a bit busy for our counseling department, but this start seemed a bit more exhausting than normal. On top of that, I was teary at school in my first week and couldn’t exactly figure out why. On my way home, I picked up a pregnancy test wondering if it possibly had an answer to why I was crying on my 2nd official day back at school. I went upstairs when I got home, took the test, and called out to Marshall in a loud voice that sounded a little mixed with panic, but at the same time overcome with enthusiasm. As he ran up the stairs, I called out, “We’re pregnant!”
